New Project – LA Fitness

Hylwa was recently awarded landlord work for Kimco Realty at the Farmington LA Fitness at West Farms Shopping Center. Work will include demolition of the former Borders Books and all structural and mechanical work required for the tenant fit-up.

Completed Project – West Farms Shopping Center Renovation

Hylwa recently completed renovations to Panera Bread and Vitamin Place at West Farms Shopping Center in Farmington, Connecticut for Kimco Realty.

New Project – Charter Oak Marketplace

Hylwa has begun work on an addition at Charter Oak Marketplace in Hartford for Paramount Realty Services, Inc. Dunkin Donuts was relocated to a pad site and the existing space will be demolished to allow for a 9,000 SF expansion of the existing center to bring in The Children’s Place and Famous Footwear.

New Project – The Edge Fitness, Hamden, CT

Hylwa, Inc. was awarded a contract to provide design/build services for the construction of a new 40,000 SF facility for The Edge Fitness in a center owned by Kimco Realty Hamden, Connecticut. Construction is scheduled to start in February 2012. This will be Edge Fitness' eighth club in Connecticut.
